Nanak Darbar

ਨਾਨਕ ਬਧਾ ਘਰੁ ਤਹਾਂ ਜਿਥੈ ਮਿਰਤੁ ਨ ਜਨਮੁ ਜਰਾ ॥  
Nanak build his House upon that site where there is no death, no birth and no old age. (ANG - 44 SGGS)

In true sanctification of this Divine Gurbani Verse Pavitar Darbaar of “DHAN DHAN SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI MAHARAJ” was established by the Holy Grace & Directive of Param Pujya “Virakat” Ji Maharaj in the year 1982 at Nirmal Kutia Karnal. Having Four Dwaars (Holy Gates) signifying the uniformity and equality of all the four VARNAS (SECTIONS) of society, as guided by Gurbani

ਖਤ੍ਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਸੂਦ ਵੈਸ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਚਹੁ ਵਰਨਾ ਕਉ ਸਾਝਾ ॥  
The four Varnas the Kshatriyas, Brahmins, Soodras & Vaisyas are equal in respect to the teachings (ANG - 747 SGGS)

Thereby propagating A Divine Message of universal love, equality & brotherhood that reverberates and is visually evident in the Holy Premises of Nirmal Kutia, Karnal.

Daily Schedule at Nanak Darbar

  • Every Morning at 3:00 AM PAVITAR SAROOP of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj is respectfully brought to Nanak Darbar from the Holy Niwaas Asthaan.
  • Amidst the Pious Gurbani Recitation Parkash of Pavitar Saroop of Guru Granth Sahib is done.
  • Paath of the divine Baanis of Japji Sahib and Sukhmani Sahib is recited.
  • Shabad Kirtan of Asa Di Waar at 4.45 AM
  • Anand Sahib Paath ensues at 5:30 AM
  • Thereafter "ARDAAS" (DIVINE PRAYER) is offered in the pious Feet of Sri Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj.
  • Followed by Morning "Hukamnaama" (Holy Directive of Gurbani) Blessed from the Pavitar Saroop of SSGS Ji Maharaj.
  • Karah Parsaad Deg is distributed to all Sangat (Devotees).

Whole day devotees spiritually enhance themselves by reciting "Sukhmani Sahib" and Other "Nitnem Baanis" in the Tranquil abode of Nanak Darbar

Sukhaasan at Nanak Darbar

  • Rehras Sahib Paath recitation 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM
  • Gurbani Shabad Kirtan 6:30 AM to 7:15 PM
  • ARDAAS 7:15 PM
  • Evening Hukamnaama is blessed from the Pavitar Saroop of SSGS Ji Maharaj.
  • AMID Recitation of Kirtan Sohilla Paath, as per Maryada, Sukhaasan of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is done.
  • On recitation of a short Ardaas, the Pavitar Saroop of SSGS Ji Maharaj is respectfully brought to rest at Holy Residing Abode.
