Rozana Sewa

ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਤ ਹੋਇ ਨਿਹਕਾਮੀ ॥
ਤਿਸ ਕਉ ਹੋਤ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ॥
One who performs selfless service, without thought of reward,
Shall attain his lord and master (ANG - 286 SGGS)

Param Pujya“Virakat” Ji Maharaj in his Gurbani Discourses (SATSANG) emphasized on SEWA (SELFLESS SERVICE) as a profound means for attainment of WAHEGURU but the modus of SEWA should be as in his pious words:

ਪਰ ਉਹ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਕਰੇ, ਰੱਬ ਬਣਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ
The selfless Service should be done in humbleness and total submission to the creator but never with a doer pride.

ਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਏਕੁ ਹੈ ਦੂਸਰ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋਇ ॥
God alone is the Doer of deeds there is no other at all (Ang-276 SGGS)

24X7 Langar Sewa

ਨਿਤ ਰਸੋਈ ਤੇਰੀਐ ਘਿਉ ਮੈਦਾ ਖਾਣੁ ॥

With WAHEGURU’S Blessings and grace of His Holiness Mahant Baba Ram Singh Ji Maharaj Nirantar Nishkam Sewa of ensures nobody sleeps hungry in karnal. In normal routine around 15000 people partake langar daily.

The Preparation of Pavitar langar Starts in the wee hours of the morning at 2:30 AM by devotees. Preparation of Langar is being done continuously daily to ensure its freshness and hygiene, in massive utensils and deghs of capacity ranging from 6.0 quintals to 35 Quintals.

The Chapatis (Parshadaas) are handmade by sangat thrice daily.
During COVID-19 lockdown, to abide by the govt. regulations of social distancing, a Roti Maker machine was also installed in the Langar Kitchen.

Tea along with Rusks and biscuits is being served 24X7, starting from 3:30 AM Onwards at Nirmal Kutia and Also to Patients and attendants at various hospitals at Karnal. In the evening it is served to construction labourers at various sites in developing sectors of Karnal City.

In addition to 24X7 Langar Sewa in Nirmal Kutia Campus, Langar is distributed daily to patients and their attendants in Government General Hospital, KCGMC, 60 Private Hospitals of Karnal & 600 families of migrant labour, temporarily residing in jhuggis around Nirmal Bagh Sec 32-33 Karnal.
The ensuing langar sewa grew enormously during COVID-19 lockdown period feeding lakhs of people.

Yatri Niwas

Nirmal Kutia Karnal, By the grace of His Holiness Mahant Ram Singh Ji Maharaj Provides shelter to the pilgrimage travellers, hundreds of students coming to karnal for examinations, applicants for police, army and other government Jobs.
All in need are provided night shelter without discrimination of any sort.

Nishkam Medical Sewa

Several Doctors who are sewa devoted, Offer free OPD and Medicines to the poor and needy, every morning at Nirmal Kutia and Nirmal Bagh Sec 32-33 Karnal. With the blessings of His Holiness Mahant Baba Ram Singh ji Maharaj and abiding by the holy guidelines of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj

Several sewa devotees are engaged in providing medical help of all kinds, be it surgeries, diagnostics, ICU admissions or Treatment of Critical Diseases of any needy person 24X7.

Education

By the grace of His Holiness Mahant Baba Ram Singh Ji Maharaj Hundreds of children are being provided free tuition help by sewa volunteers at Nirmal Kutia Karnal. This sewa extends to providing books, stationary and all their school/college academic needs.

Articles of Needs

Under the sacred aegis of HH Mahant Ram Singh Ji Maharaj, lakhs of people benefit from the ocean of Nishkam Sewa at Nirmal Kutia Karnal. Every Year thousands of blankets are distributed by sewa volunteers and there is always distribution of footwear, clothes, beddings & Monthly Rations for the needy and deserving. The Girls of poor families are blessed with trousseau's and all other help is provided for solemnization of their marriages.
